Entrance: The guest unit is on the first level and has a separate private entry door with a Smart lock box. The owner lives on the second level. Bedrooms: Fresh linens and pillowcases washed prior to every guests' arrival. Kitchen: Two burner electric cooktop Mini fridge Microwave Toaster Espresso machine Electric kettle Tea and locally roasted coffee to jump start your day. Dry cream and sugar. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, and dinnerware for those that like to stay in and cook. Bathrooms: Freshly washed towels provided for each guest prior to arrival. Toothpaste, cotton swabs, hand soap, shampoo, hair conditioners, and body wash soap. Air Conditioning: Each room has a brand new air conditioner split system that make all rooms comfortable in any season. Outdoor amenities: Private balcony Private deck Private Table and chairs and a bbq gas grill is provided for you to enjoy nature while cooking your meals. Cleaning: Airbnb’s 5 steps enhanced cleaning Extra Fees: There's an extra 100$ fee for each guest per night after 4 people. There are 4-5 private parking spots available in front of the house. We live on the second level of the house. So guests can reach us easily whenever they have questions. Once you drive down the long driveway, it's the big gray house on your right hand. You can park your car in front of the house but please do not block the garage door. Then take the steps down toward the guest unit. The entrance is through the sliding door on the porch. There's a Target and Tops store for grocery shopping within a 5-minute drive from the house.
