DOGS: Only dogs are permitted on the Rental Property and only with the prior consent of the Owner. The $350 pet fee includes ONE dog only. If you wish to bring more than one dog, you will be charged an additional pet fee of $150. Note that renter's visitors and guests are NOT allowed to bring any dogs to the property unless approved in advance. If you are bringing a pet, PLEASE add when making your booking - you are given the opportunity to do this in the same area where you add the number of guests. That should add the $350 pet fee.
