The space Designed for solo travelers, the studio showcases modern design with high-end finishes throughout. The interior has a full bed, a high-top dining table, and an L-shaped couch (not pictured). The newly renovated bathroom features a walk-in shower The kitchen is equipped with sleek European appliances, including a stainless steel oven, microwave, and dishwasher, all complemented by Calcutta stone countertops. Soak up the sun and enjoy Santa Barbara’s dreamy weather on the private deck, offering a gas grill, chaise lounge, and bistro set — perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and dining alfresco. Guest access The guest has access to the entire space including a 150 square foot private deck. While there is no designated parking for this studio, street parking in the neighborhood is generally accessible and plentiful. For your convenience, here are the parking restrictions: Bath Street: Unrestricted on weekends, except Wednesdays from 9 AM to Noon. Yanonali Street: Restricted only on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 AM to 5 PM for street cleaning. We also have other units in the building with their own reserved parking spaces. For stays of 7 nights or more, we’re happy to refresh and clean the apartment, including replenishing linens, bedding, and coffee pods. Our cleaning team is flexible—just let us know a time that works for you, and we’ll take care of the rest. Additional cleanings are available upon request for an added fee. For monthly bookings, complimentary cleanings are included every two weeks. Feel free to contact us about special rates for extended stays. Other things to note Our building is fully licensed for short-term rentals and located within the Santa Barbara Coastal Zone, where stays under 30 days are allowed. Many other listings in the city fall outside this zone and are not legally permitted to offer short-term stays—so hosts might decline your booking request to avoid violations. We, on the other hand, automatically confirm your reservation the moment you book. It’s a seamless, stress-free option for a quick coastal getaway, making us the perfect choice for your Santa Barbara stay.
