Our sunrises and sunsets are amazing, and the views will take your breath away. You most likely will encounter deer, wild turkey, and many other sights. Bring your bikes, hiking gear, and take a peaceful walk around the property or at Clifty Falls State Park that is only 6 miles away, local wineries with beautiful landscapes, walk the beautiful river-walk, and enjoy some of Madison's Magical Musicians in our historic taverns or outdoor venues. Guest access Guests will enter through front entrance and be guided to their accommodations. Code locks used and information provided upon arrival. Rooms are located on the lower level of the home, each with a door allowing door access to back lower deck areas and pond view. Code locks used on bedroom doors. Motion lights in place above each door area. Guests are welcome to enjoy the front porch area as well. They may also walk the grounds and fish in pond if they desire. Please refrain from entering barn areas unless accompanied by a host. Smoking is permitted on lower outside deck area and front porch. Please do not leave or throw cigarette butts on the landscape, or areas in which you are utilizing. During your stay Your host and hostess Tom and Chandra Ferry will greet you upon your arrival! Front door code lock used and information provided prior to arrival. We will go over all instructions with you at your arrival. Feel free to pull up to the main front door to unload your belongings. There is additional parking available on the west end of the driveway. Unfortunately, at this time we are not handicap accessible. Front door is easy access into home, however, stairs are used to access rooms. If you are going to be later than 7 pm please inform hosts ahead of time. *We have listed a 3rd bedroom which relates to a Queen size blowup mattress, that can be used in the front living area. We have had up to 6 guests before-- please communicate with hosts on this need prior to your reservation. Other things to note SECURITY DAMAGE FEE-$100 ( will be refunded once your trip is complete) CLEANING FEE- $75 **Amenities consist of fresh fruit, muffins, juice, waters, coffee ( decaf as well), creamer, wine, toaster, microwave, gas grill with side burner, and fridge provided. Dishes, utensils, coffee cups, wine opener, wine glasses, Paper towels, napkins, No oven or stove. *Hot tub —please no glass in hot tub. Please communicate on any allergies or intolerances. We will do our best to accommodate for any special circumstance or event. We do charge $25 per day per person for additional guests. We do have a nice queen size blowup mattress to assist with additional travelers. Pre- approval needed.
