The modern, fully-equipped kitchen flows into the living room, making it perfect for your flock to gather. A separate formal dining room and a convenient half-bath complete this floor. Floor 2: The Serene Retreat Retreat upstairs to find your private quarters. The primary bedroom features a decadent king-size bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a large glass shower. Two additional guest rooms offer comfortable queen beds and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. This floor also includes a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. Floor 3: The Rooftop Perch Ascend to the top floor, where you'll find a versatile space with a queen pullout sectional sofa, a game table, and a dedicated workspace. Step out onto the outdoor deck to perch above the city and enjoy the incredible sights and sounds of Nashville. RENTAL AGREEMENT: After booking, you will receive a link to e-sign our rental agreement. This must be completed for your door code to be activated for check-in. View the standard agreement in the House Rules section of the listing. CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Your door code will be sent at 11:00 AM on your arrival day and will only be active for the duration of your reservation. EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT: To guarantee an early arrival, we recommend booking the previous night. We cannot accommodate any late check-outs. LUGGAGE STORAGE: For your security, we do not permit luggage drop-off. We can recommend local services that will securely store your bags. ACCESSIBILITY: Please note that this is a three-story home and stairs are required to access all levels. CANCELLATIONS: Please review the cancellation policy for your reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip from unforeseen circumstances. Guest access Guests will have private, exclusive access to the entire three-story home and its amenities, including the rooftop patio. Entry is via a keyless self-check-in system for your convenience. Please note that a few owner's closets are kept locked for storage (one in the master bedroom, the kitchen pantry, and a storage closets on the third floor). Ample storage is available for your use in all other closets and kitchen cabinets. We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their stay. We will not be present at the property, but we are always available and just a message or phone call away should you need anything at all during your visit. Your check-in is seamless with a smart lock, and we provide all necessary information prior to your arrival.
