The space The home has a modern rustic farmhouse feel with a somewhat open concept first floor: Living room: Large L-shaped couch, 60" HD TV w/ Chromecast, electric fireplace, coffee table w/end tables high-top table w/4 barstools, 2 accent chairs, large closet Home Office: Desk, 2 office chairs, bookshelves, metal cabinets, light supplies, STRONG Wifi (throughout home), french privacy doors *Sorry, we do not supply a laptop or printer Rec Room: Couch, 2 bean bag chairs, few games, french doors Dining Room: Dining table, bar cart, bluetooth record player, adorable reading nook Kitchen: New Stainless Steel appliances(fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster) popcorn maker, coffee station (Keurig, Kettle, and Coffee Maker), XL center island w/4 super comfortable barstools. Dishes and silverware (service for 8+), pots, pans, and bakeware *Sorry, while the fridge's water filter works great, we are working on getting the ice machine serviced. In the meantime, we keep silicon ice trays in the freezer Mud Room/Laundry Room: Shoe/boot storage, bench, Washer & Dryer (w/detergent), folding station Bedrooms (2nd floor): We have two master bdrms w/king beds and 2 smaller bdrms w/queen beds. One master has 2 giant bureaus as well as 2 nightstands w/big drawers. All other rooms have large closets with shelves and hangers. Linens, blankets, comforters, pillows provided. All bedrooms have mirrors and all bedrooms have air conditioners (during the summer) Main Bathroom (2nd floor): Luxury Air Tub, huge standing shower w/lighting & 2 recessed benches & 6 different shower heads, circulation fan, toilet, vanity mirrors, 2 sinks, ample drawer and under-counter storage, large closet equipped with towels, hair dryer, several dimmable lighting fixtures including romantic chandelier Bathroom #2 (1st floor): Standing shower, sink, mirror, cabinet, toilet, 3 tier shelf Outdoor: Ample Parking (5-6 cars), large back yard, enclosed deck w/ furniture and grill, insta-worthy Antique Barn **Please note: Because this house is in the mountains, we do not have central air-conditioning. During the summer months all bedrooms are equipped with window A/C units and there is a 12,000 btu unit in the Living Room/Rec Room.
