Feel at home at this prime location! Enjoy lake Macatawa views through the huge windows throughout the house. The South Shore House is ideal for large families as it has four levels of living space. The house is located just minutes from downtown Holland and Saugatuck. It is walking distance from a restaurant, a park, paddle board rentals, & a party store (what locals call a beer store). Local hiking trails and lake Michigan beach access is just a short drive away. The space ***We offer monthly stays from November - April at a greatly reduced nightly rate ($3600/month).*** Bedroom Summary (4 bedrooms) There are three bedrooms on the top level of the home including a: Master en suite with KING sized bed, private bathroom, and walk in closet. 2nd bedroom with QUEEN sized bed, TWIN sized bed, and a walk in closet. 3rd bedroom with QUEEN sized bed. There is also a full bathroom on the top level. 4th bedroom: On the lowest level (downstairs from the bar area and next to the laundry room); there is a QUEEN sized bed in the lowest living area. This area can be made private along with a half bathroom. *we have a King Coil queen sized air mattress that can be set up anywhere What sets our house apart from many others is that the inside is spacious enough that larger groups can enjoy the house without feeling too crowded. Each guest has enough space & privacy while also enjoying each other’s company in the indoor & outdoor spaces. The house itself provides the experience of a vacation. The South Shore house offers a well equipped kitchen with cookware, dinnerware, and basic essentials. The large formal dining room is perfect for holiday dinners & family gatherings. The huge living area includes a private bar and a half bathroom . Downstairs from main living area is another living space with a large couch and tv. Part of the main living area and the lowest level can be converted into private living quarters. The upper level has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including a master en suite with a private bathroom and walk in closet. There are a total of three fire places located in the kitchen, the dining room, and the main living area. Sit out on the large patio and around the fire pit while enjoying the winding creek along the property. Enjoy a morning run on the bike path just steps away from the house. While there are many fantastic dining options, most guests have the most fun grilling out, playing outdoor games, relaxing and reconnecting with each other at the house and enjoying the property. Things to note: *There is a tv in the main living area, lower level living area, the third bedroom with the queen bed and the master bedroom. * We are located across the street from Lake Macatawa. Lake Michigan beach access is a short drive away. *While Lake Macatawa is an awesome bay for watersports including boating and SUP ect, most people typically swim in and enjoy the beaches on Lake Michigan (rather than Lake Macatawa). *The house is has four levels and stair access is required Guest access Guest can access the entire property.
