Other things to note * The house is situated on a popular walking and biking street, and with easy walking to wine tasting... * Please be advised that there are two cameras placed outdoor for security. * Strictly NO PETS allowed. Homeowners are extremely allergic to pets. * Parking -- Only in the long driveway area. No Parking in the Garage. Please note the entrance is at the back of the home. *EV charging Category 2 - Located on outside wall of metal barn the driveway * There is a separate private area attached to the house by a 32-foot hallway. It is a private area used by the owners who are seldom there. * The home is on a well with delicate country septic. Kindly use water conservatively and place only toilet paper in the toilets. * Trash and recycling bins are in front at the far left of the property. * Gardeners arrive on Friday mornings. * The house is on a well which is common in the area. This time of year there is a sulfur smell and it’s been tested & completely safe! Please Note: A processing fee applies to all reservations.
