It may be sometimes occupied by owner. It has its separate entry and exit. There are three bedrooms each with its own portable AC unit. The living space has a ceiling fan. Upon review of last year's feedback (2022), we have corrected all the minor aspects of improvement opportunities: bottom half bathroom door shutting with a slight gap, replaced kitchen sink faucet, a loose door knob in the main living room, flickering lights (which if it ever happens, on-off-on corrects it).
