(up to 2) - Premium location! Thanks for looking! The space The space 2400 Sq Ft 4 Bedrooms 4 Bathrooms. All 4 bedrooms have their own connected full bathrooms. 10 Person Maximum 3 Vehicle Maximum 3rd Floor Bedroom: Master bedroom King Bed, mini fridge, flat screen Roku TV for streaming, balcony, dedicated workspace, 2 large closets and large bathroom with double vanity, with walk in shower and jacuzzi tub. 1st floor bedroom: King Bed with Roku TV for streaming. Single sink vanity with bathtub/shower. This room is somewhat detached from the rest of the home accessible by going through the garage. 2nd floor bedroom: Queen bed with Roku TV, 1 large closet, and single sink vanity with bathtub/shower. 3rd floor Bedroom: Bunk room with 4 twin beds, Roku TV, arcade console, single vanity bathroom with tub/shower. The dining area has a table with chairs that will seat 4 plus there are 4 bar stools and a kitchen bar for additional dining capacity. Washer and dryer on the 2nd floor by the queen room. The living room has a 65" flat screen Roku TV. 2 cruiser bikes great for morning rides along the beach front walking path! Paddle board, boogie boards, some beach chairs, an umbrella and some other sand toys and beach supplies provided. The community "pool" is in fact a pool but keep your expectations low... :) it is about the size of a large hot tub. It is great to take a dip in or let children play in. There is also a rinse shower and a charcoal grill next to the pool. Guest access: You get the entire town house to yourself! Guest access Guests will be provided with a door code 48 hours ahead of their scheduled arrival. Other things to note Other things to note a.k.a. The Red Tape: We want you to enjoy your time in this home but do not put our rental permit at risk or you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Quiet time is 10pm-10am. Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 10. There really isn't sleeping capacity for more than 10 (and a couple babies in pack and plays) so if you have more than 10 in your party, this may not be the space for you. This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $200. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages. Parking is very limited. There are 3 places to park associated with this property and a towing company on call so if you have more than 3 vehicles, parking that 4th vehicle in another property's spot is very much NOT recommended! The pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool. Up to 2 pets are permitted but must be identified in your reservation. Pet fees are required. If you sneak in a pet without claiming it in your reservation, you will be charged an additional $250. Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind including candles. The use of a candle or any type of flame will result in a $150 fine. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. No late check-out or early check-in. Should you choose to ignore or over look this rule we reserve the right to charge $75 per hour. Reminder of our CANCELLATION POLICY: We stick to our cancellation policy for every booking. Including for weather related or power outage issues. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance when booking. When you make a reservation, it blocks our calendar off so we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure we can continue to operate the property profitably and provide a great experience for all guests. Last minute requests to change your dates for a later date are treated the same as cancellations. If you ask us to cancel or change your dates, we will point you to this on our listing description as well as the reminders to purchase travel insurance that we send prior to your stay. Please note that check-outs are not permitted on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. While the calendar may allow you to book a check-out on these dates, you will be required to adjust your stay accordingly. In such cases, it will be your responsibility to cancel any affected reservations. Please do not allow anyone in your party to climb on railings, bannisters, retaining walls, stairwells, decks, etc. where there is a possibility of a fall. You are responsible for your party and by confirming your reservation you accept the responsibility to keep your party safe. Please notify us of any safety concerns you have upon check-in and we will be happy to have those items addressed quickly. Also, please note: we are not responsible for any storms, natural disasters, weather-related events, or utility outages that may impact your stay. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
