Top-ranked golf courses, restaurants, hiking, shopping and more are just minutes away! The space Living/Dining/Kitchen An open floor plan between the living, dining and kitchen area. The living room is equipped with a 65” Smart TV with Netflix and live streaming via YouTube TV. The dining table has seating for 6 people - high chair is also available upon request! Fully upgraded kitchen with refrigerator, gas range stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen utensils, toaster, blender bullet and Keurig with an assortment of K-cups, sugar and creamer pods. Bedrooms Master bedroom has a king size memory foam mattress and pillows to feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud! Let the natural light in when you wake up through the sliding glass doors leading out to the pool. A full walk-in closet with hangers and drawers and en-suite bathroom with dual sink counter top and a walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms have Queen memory foam mattresses. The other bedroom has two twin beds, also with memory foam mattresses and is where the kids can find all of our board games to enjoy! Full guest bathroom conveniently across from guest bedrooms and near living room with a shower/bath tub. All bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash and a hair dryer. Backyard The backyard offers the perfect place to relax and unwind. Our private pool can be pre-heated on request (fees apply) - pool floaties are available for use as well. The outdoor grill is fully quipped with a propane tank and grilling. All children MUST have an adult with them outside for pool safety. Other The perfect place to WFH. High speed internet with coverage booster to ensure you can take all of your video conference calls without interruption. There is also a desk conveniently located in one of the guest bedrooms. This is a pet-friendly home (dogs only)! We charge $150 per stay with pets in order to deep clean in case of allergies for guests who arrive after you.
