The space The house is all updated and polished and it is located in one of the most expensive zip codes in the U.S. The kitchen is huge and has a TV. Living and dining rooms are very large and bedrooms are very spacious with comfortable new mattresses. Master bedroom has a spa-like master bath. One of the bedrooms (with a queen and twin beds) is on the 1 st floor. All brand new furniture (mattresses, beds, décor, etc.) 2-zone Central AC. Desks for those who need to work. Fenced yard with a back (second) entrance. Maximum 2 HOUSEBROKEN dogs are allowed. Very reluctant to accept dogs. Breed, etc. info about dogs is required before booking. No cats without any exceptions please. No pets other than dogs. Very strict rules regarding dogs (dogs are not allowed in beds or bedrooms, dogs should eat only from the the dog dishes and be crated when left alone). Dogs should not be on couches. Dogs need to sit/lie only on provided blankets for dogs We will keep the deposit if even few dog hairs are found in bedrooms not to mention beds, blankets, etc. or if there's an evidence that dogs used the house as their bathroom. We have to do it since we had some very bad experience when our guests violated the pet rules. Hope you will understand. Thank you!
