The space Crash Pad is a nearly 700 sq. ft. tiny home located in Centerton, AR with two bedrooms, and one bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen size platform bed, closet, and wall mounted flat screen, smart TV. The spare bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, closet, and a wall mounted flat screen, smart TV. The living room has a sofa, wall mounted flat screen, smart TV with sound bar. And the eat in kitchen has a dining table with seating for four, side by side refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dinnerware, cookware, dual brew coffee maker, and all of the kitchen essentials you might need. The unit comes with complimentary wifi and cable. There is a private/designated driveway on the left hand side of the home for our guests. Top 10 House Rules (Read Before Booking) 1. No Smoking Indoors – $250 fee for violations. 2. No Furniture Rearranging – $250 fee for violations. 3. Quiet Hours – 11 PM to 7 AM. 4. Check-in / Check-out – 4:00 PM / 10:00 AM. Unauthorized early/late = $100/hr. 5. Pet Rules – No pets allowed. $250 fee for violations. 6. Biohazard Cleaning Fee – $250 for bodily fluids on linens, furniture, or flooring; dispose of personal hygiene items in trash. 7. Sewage System – Only toilet paper in toilet; no wipes, feminine products, grease, or food waste. 8. Registered Guests Only – No unapproved visitors; violations may cancel reservation without refund. Tara & team oversee guest communication, booking arrangements, and ensures the property is ready for each stay. All financial transactions, including booking payments, are processed securely through Airbnb. For any issues related to property maintenance or repairs, please contact Tara directly, and she will coordinate with the appropriate personnel. Thank you for choosing to stay with us! For guests staying 30 days or longer, the cleaning fee is $200. *Weekly guests are welcome to request a light clean, and/or linen service during your stay. We do not have access to the USPS cluster mailbox unit. USPS does not provide mail service to this home. Amazon/FedEx, UPS also do not provide deliveries. If you need to have mail delivered during your stay, you will need to contact the Centerton post office to set up a PO Box. to set up a PO Box. **2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 large trash bag, 1 small trash bag, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, & a small bottle of liquid dish soap are provided.
