The space This gorgeous lakeside home has a new owner and was just repainted and new flooring has been laid. The beds, mattresses, linens are all brand new. The house has 3 bedrooms (the primary has a king bed and en-suite with soaking tub & shower). The two queen bedrooms share a bathroom. In addition, it boasts a large game room with its own wet bar and professional-grade billiard table. The swimmable, clear lake has a floating swim dock & a row boat during swim season. It is organically cleaned on a regular basis & the water is clean & clear. Over the summer it warms up nicely in the shallower water & it's possible to rope off an area for children. There is a wood-burning fireplace and firepit. A well equipped gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances mean you can cook to your hearts content. Outside there is a Weber propane grill (propane supplied), a hammock and firepit area. New EV charger available for guests. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property including the lake. Please note guests must sign a waiver prior to arrival with regards to use of the lake. Other things to note SHANDAKEN STR PERMIT: 2022-STR-AO-036 It's a fantastic swimming lake: 15 ft deep in the middle, professionally cleaned & maintained. It is the cleanest/clearest private body of water in the area - like having a huge swimming pool. We have a generator - power outage - no problem, you will barely notice. No parties or gatherings at the house - the number of guests is limited to 6 due to our insurance, please respect this & don't invite additional guests. If extra guests are brought, charges will apply. As much as we love pooches, the owner has severe allergies (even non shedding dogs have dander), so please no pets. No exceptions, please save our time & yours and don't ask. Our insurance requires our guests to sign a waiver with regards to use in & around the lake. We will send on request & after booking. We require a confirmed ID on the airbnb app prior to booking. As of 8/22/22 the jacuzzi tub in the primary bedroom is out of order it has been removed from the listing. Please do not turn it on. A bundle of firewood is included (next to the fireplace). If you'd like additional wood there is a fee of $10/10 logs to cover the cost of provision. Please let us know if you'd like extra wood.
