Large deck off of the dining and living room with a small gate at the stairs that lead down to the lawn with dock to the left. 2nd floor has 2 large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with a full bathroom equipped with a jacuzzi tub and standing shower. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and full bath with shower only. Lower level/Bonus room has 2 queen beds, a desk and sitting area. There is no bathroom on this level. Closest bathroom is at the top of the stairs on the first level. BRANDE NEW Beautiful Dock - there is a shared fixed dock off of the fixed dock is your personal floating dock - easily fit a 35-40ft boat. Guest access We have 3 kayaks, a small row boat and 2 bikes for use. Wifi + Roku Other things to note There is no toilet on the Lower level. Guests from your party that are staying on the lower level will have to use the bathroom on the first floor and shower on the 2nd floor. The lower level can be a great space for children!
