Fun lake house with the PERFECT LOCATION on Canyon Lake! Enjoy the multilevel deck complete with hot tub, fire pit, tiki bar, Weber grill, cocktail pool, amazing views and plenty of seating! There is also access to the water at the ramp next door to the house! Please note: The lake is low right now due to lack of rain. There is still water for all activities but you do have to walk a little further down now. Please note: This is not a party house. Contact me before booking if under 30. The space This 3.5 bedroom space is set up for comfort and fun! There is a hot tub, tiki bar, margarita maker, foosball table, super nintendo classic edition, lots of board games, TVs in most rooms! The living room and kitchen are in one large open space, perfect for large social gatherings. Guest access Entire property except for garage.... there is space for 4+ vehicles in the driveways.
