Historic apt in the centre of Elmira Heights

Welcome to our charming historic vintage home! This beautifully preserved property offers a unique blend of old-world charm and modern comforts. Recently renewed, our two-bedroom apartment is perfect for a relaxing getaway or an extended stay. Guests will have private access to the entire apartment. Ask me! Cleaning fees can be waved upon committing to follow a thorough cleaning list at the end of the stay. The space This apt is on the ground level of the house. The main entrance is through the front porch. The house does not have a driveway. Free parking is available in front of the house. Guest access The house doesn’t have a driveway. Free street parking is available in front of the house. Odd/even parking will start Saturday, Nov. 1. and end March 31st. in the Village of Elmira Heights. Specifics are below under "Getting Around". Other things to note In case of pets, the following are the house rules: Pets must be leashed on property. Pick up after dog. Dogs to stay off furniture and/or bed. Put pet sheets on furniture. Pets must be housebroken. Crate dog if left unattended indoors.
