During the summer, the garage is stocked with children's kayaks, children's paddleboards, life jackets, and pool toys, making it easy for families to enjoy everything Ogden Valley has to offer without renting equipment. Parking is available for up to six vehicles between the garage and driveway. Additional overflow parking is available nearby for larger groups or boat trailers, subject to HOA rules. Guests also enjoy access to the Trapper's Ridge clubhouse, which includes seasonal swimming pools, a hot tub, fitness room, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, and walking paths. Other things to note To help preserve a great experience for both our guests and our neighbors, the maximum occupancy is 16 people at any time, including visitors. This limit is established by county fire code and HOA regulations, and we are unfortunately unable to accommodate parties, weddings, receptions, or gatherings exceeding the registered guest count. Reliable Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, with upgraded high-speed internet capable of supporting streaming, remote work, and multiple connected devices. Please note that street parking is not permitted within the community atany time, but overflow parking is conveniently located a short walk from the home when additional parking is needed.
