2 king beds, 1 queen, a double bunk room for kids and a twin! Updated decor in this charming split-level. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, close to restaurants, Walmart, Starbucks, local park; 30 min to Cinci! The kitchen is fully equipped including a double convection oven for whatever your needs are, whether you'll be cooking Thanksgiving dinner or just a frozen pizza. The Ark Oasis has it all. -Outdoor deck with wooded views -2 suites make a peaceful place to respite, one upstairs with Queen Bed and one downstairs with a King -There’s another king bedroom too! -Bunk room for kids with a full over full bed (great for 4 kids, only 1 adult on the top bunk please!) -Baby gear free for guest use- pack 'n play, clip on high chair, bouncer, stroller, and more! -Media room with High Definition Projection Screen -media room has a sectional plus a daybed -Spacious upper level living room with vaulted ceilings and a 55" UHD SmartTV, a great place for lounging and gathering -The garage area has been converted into a game room with pool table, ping pong, and foosball -Small outdoor balcony with grill (we do not supply propane!) -Keyless entry, check-in at any time with Smartlock Technology -FREE WIFI throughout -Kid toys and games Please note: We can only accommodate 10 adults. We can accommodate up to 11 if there are 3 or more children. There are bunk beds that only sleep 3 adults (or 4 kids), therefore the maximum number of adults we can accept in one reservation is 10, no exceptions. There will be a $10 per night per guest charge for above 8 guests, including infants. The driveway is a STEEP downhill. There is room for 2 cars, maybe 4 if you are careful. Overall the quarter acre of property is quite sloped and there is not much usable outdoor yard space, but there is a park very close by. We are smoke/vape/pet free property (both indoors and out) and appreciate our guests helping us stay that way. The house is in a subdivision in a town of about 5000 people--so you trade a spacious yard for being close to lots of stores and restaurants and 5 minutes to the ARK! Guest access Guests will have access to all parts of the house except for a few locked supply closets. Other things to note Please note that there should be no parking in the cul-de-sac, please park in the driveway. Although it is steep, there is room there for 2 cars (3 if they aren't too big). The house is about 3/4 of a mile from the interstate, and as such, there is a gentle hum of cars going by when outside, although it is barely noticeable inside, I want guests to be aware.
