Evergreen Landing-Modern APT Perfect for Duck Fans

Enjoy a stay in beautiful Eugene in this modern and updated apartment. Evergreen Landing is an 1100 sq ft top floor apt. It is separate from our home and above our small business. Master has an attached half bath with a king bed and pack n play. 2nd bedroom has queen sized bed and twin futon. 3rd bedroom has a full sized bed with trundle twin under. Pull out couch (full size bed) in living room. 1 floor of stairs to the living and common spaces. Laundry room downstairs near the front door. Technically there is room for 10 people and a baby but it would be tight! We suggest 6 adults max and some kiddos :) Mid-century modern and University of Oregon combine! Clean and updated upstairs apartment. Books and games for all ages available. Well stocked kitchen with the basic necessities. This apartment is only used as guest quarters and does not have any full time tenants.
