Island Paradise! Remodeled!

Island recovering from hurricanes. Unit is completely remodeled, but construction is occurring. Little Gasparilla Island, is a bridgeless island offering fantastic beaches, sunsets, and much more. Island offers a unique experience for families, snowbirds, and fisherman alike. There are no restaurants or traffic. We leave all of that behind and come prepared to cook with friends and relax on the beach. The boat dock accommodates boats up to 24' and dockage is first come first serve basis. The space Our Condo is 3 stories high. The ground floor is a garage for the golf cart, charcoal grill, and beach chairs & umbrella. The unit is stocked with quality amenities that we personally enjoy including 2 inflatable kayaks (SUP's). The second floor (main living area) is comprised of the living room, kitchen, master bedroom, bathroom and screened in porch. The kitchen is complete with microwave, dish washer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, everything you need to cook a full meal. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. The porch has a round table and 4 chairs along with a full-sized washer & dryer located behind folding doors. The third floor is a loft which has 2 queen sized beds, and it's own bathroom. Guest access You will park in the gated lot on the mainland at 12000 Placida Rd, Placida, FL, 33946. From there you catch the ferry boat (check the schedule) across the bay to the Hideaway Bay Beach Club. A courtesy golf cart is avaialble for your use to traverse the island from the dock, to the pool, to the beach boardwalk. Other things to note Golf Cart Access Included! ***Liability waiver MUST be signed*** We provide a golf cart as a courtesy to make getting around the property easier and more fun — perfect for runs to the dock or evening rides. Important Info About the Cart: • The cart is a complimentary amenity and not guaranteed. • If the cart becomes unusable during your stay, we offer a $75/night refund for each night it’s out of service. • The cart must remain on Hideaway property. Do not drive it through flooded areas or off-property. • If the cart is misused, we reserve the right to revoke access without refund. • Drivers must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license. We kindly ask that you treat the cart with care so that others can enjoy it too! This unit is limited to a maximum of 5 persons. No overnight guests. PLEASE INCLUDE THE CORRECT NUMBER OF ADULTS, CHILDREN, AND INFANTS IN YOUR INQUIRY REQUEST FOR QUICK BOOKING APPROVAL AND CORRECT QUOTE. All persons staying must be accounted for (including infants and children). If you might bring another person count them in the initial inquiry. A correct head count is required for the ferry pass approval and you will not be allowed to board the ferry if each person is not listed on the pass. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE NAME OF EACH PERSON, AGES OF ANYONE UNDER 18, YOUR ADDRESS, AND PHONE NUMBER FOR THE FERRY PASS. COPY OF PHOTO ID MAY BE REQUIRED AS AN ATTACHMENT TO THE FERRY PASS AND UPON ARRIVAL.
