Spacious primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom that has double vanity and spacious walk-in shower. Enjoy a family bbq or a relaxing evening in the backyard. The separate space is a modern 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom guest house offering a tranquil retreat, boasting high ceilings, plush king-size beds, in-unit laundry, and a sleek, updated kitchen, all centered around a warm and inviting electric fireplace. Some of the amenities include a Keurig coffee maker, full-size washer and dryer, microwave, stove, oven, fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, spices, etc.) extra linens, towels, and essential toiletries. Home is equipped with smart TV’s, just login to your favorite apps and enjoy. The home has a long driveway that can accommodate work trucks, vans or 2-3 vehicles on the premises. Guest access Guest has access to both of the properties during their stay. Other things to note Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. Gardner will maintain the front and backyard lawn on Tuesday mornings. They will be on the property for a max of 30-45 minutes. Our home has an electronic lock on the door. The codes needed to enter the property are available by 2pm prior to check-in. We have one security camera facing the front yard driveway, and one facing the backyard. They will be on during your stay. Fireplace in main house does not work. Please do not use fireplace Home is equipped with a smart Tv’s in every room. Guest must login to their own streaming services to enjoy.
