The main floor includes two bedrooms, a full bathroom with tub, living room, kitchen, and dining area. The basement includes two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, living room, and laundry room. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen that is open to the dining area and living room, with a sliding door open to the back deck. The kitchen has all of your cooking essentials, newer appliances, a coffee maker, and gas stove. The living room and family room have large screen TV's to relax and enjoy after a long day. The living room opens up to the kitchen and dining area, making it an easy hangout space for everyone to be together. The downstairs family room has plenty of space as an additional gathering area. Enjoy the privacy of the fenced backyard and large deck overlooking the mountains. Both get sun, but have shaded areas to retreat and cool off in. Enjoy a cookout night with the grill and stringed patio lights. There is a full attached garage to store skis/kayaks in, or whatever you are using for your adventures! Guests have access to everything except the Storage Closet upstairs and downstairs. Property Managers are available at any time, but will only be at the house if requested. The neighborhood is located right off the main Highway and has great access to Glenwood Springs. You can walk to the local bus stop 2 blocks away or a 5 minute drive to downtown. The house is centrally located near restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities. House is close to everything but provides a nice quiet atmosphere. RFTA Bus Stations are available close to the home and take you throughout Glenwood Springs and the Valley.
