Altitude Adjustment

A brand new build - finished in May 2019. Three bedrooms, two baths, in a residential neighborhood in the town of Silverton. Some of the best views of Kendall Mountain. The Altitude Adjustment has a huge yard, fire pit, RV parking and plug-in, granite kitchen counters, laminate floors, and TV's through the house and in each bedroom. Ride the train up to almost the front door. Plenty of pull around and thru parking for trucks and trailers. The space RV parking and hook-up. Guest access Everything to the left of the garage door. Parking to the left of the garage door, please. Other things to note This house sits close to the scenic trains pick-up and drop-off location. There are 1 to 3 trains per day from May thru mid-October, at 11:30 am to 3:30 pm. A very beautiful train ride. The right side of the house and garage is for the USPS mail drivers. They use the apartment above the garage while the mail is being sorted for delivery in Montrose. Please, no parking in front of the garage door. Security camera on the Northwest corner of the building. Please do not wash your OHV's / vehicles on the RV pad. We prefer that you do that in the grassy area to the left of the RV pad.
