As far as you can see, you can hike, or just soak up the majesty from the all-windows sunroom. Full kitchen, laundry, wood stove and pellet stove present, year-round outdoor hot tub, picnic tables, and fire pit. The heated sidewalk allows for no snowy worries and easy access to cabins. You won't hear any cars, but you will still have cell service. 3gig/day of WiFi included with your visit. Close to Golden Gate Canyon State Park and Central City/Blackhawk. Walk down to the property pond or hike around all 93 acres! Two cabins: The main cabin has 1 bedroom and a loft (sleeps 4), full kitchen, living room and bathroom. The kitchen is well supplied with cooking equipment, dishes flatware, coffee maker, and Keurig. The second cabin is two parts with separate entrances. The upper part of the cabin is a game room with a blow up mattress that sleeps 2. The lower part of the cabin is a one bedroom (sleeps 2), bathroom and laundry. All beds have European down comforters. The master bed is a cool top Tempur-Pedic mattress and the others are high quality pillow top mattresses. Guest access You will have full access to both cabins and all 93 acres of land! Other things to note During a snowfall, the roads are regularly plowed. The heated sidewalk up to the cabin allows for worry free access. We ask to be notified of any gatherings with over 8 people. Guest access The entire 2 cabins and 93 acres are for your enjoyment. Other things to note A third party keeps an ATV on site for guests to rent if interested.
