Outside there are landscaped garden areas and decks as well as a small private swimming pool and patio area. At the guest's option, the pool can be heated for a fee of $250 per week. Tops House has air-conditioning throughout, cable TV, high-speed wireless internet, washer and dryer, and an outdoor gas grill. It also includes beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and several cooler bags for beach days. For parents travelling with infants and young toddlers, the property managers can arrange for a traveler crib/pack n' play, high chair, and beach toys available for your convenience. A complimentary golf cart is provided for travelling to and from French Leave Beach, a short ride downhill from the property. Tops House can be rented along with other homes on the estate to accommodate larger groups. It is offered self-catered, however housekeeping services, private chefs and provisioning, and other resources are always available for an additional charge, on request.
