The only exception is a locked utility closet used for storage. You will have a private entrance and can self-check-in upon arrival. Other things to note • Working Ranch: The house is located on a working ranch with an equestrian facility and vineyard. For your safety, please do not visit the stables or vineyard without a prior arrangement. You are welcome to enjoy the beautiful ranch atmosphere and views from the farmhouse and its private garden. • We have a TESLA EV charger and an adapter for all other EV. Please help yourself to the TESLA charger and let us know if you need the adapter. • The hot tub is a Japanese-style O'furo. There is also an outdoor shower. • On-Site Activities: The equestrian facility occasionally hosts limited private events and runs children's horseback riding camps during the summer.
