You get about .34 Acre, so you do see other homes, we keep the yard without any fences as that’s normal here and because we want the animals to roam through. If isolation is your #1 request... and not seeing a home or deer duck in your backyard, is important than please ask me, I know a few homes in this and other communities who might be more fit. :).
