During peak season which runs from first week of February through first week of April and again from first week of June through first week of August we require Saturday to Saturday reservations. If your dates fall out side of this requirement please send an inquiry. Beautifully Professionally Decorated Studio, Sleeps 2 Adults and 2 Children. The condo has a full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher), 1 king bed, 1 full bathroom with bathtub. The living room sofa has a pull-out queen sleeper with walk out to balcony patio. It is turn key and ready for your enjoyment. You will have access to the laundry room where you can do your laundry for free and hotel ice maker. Free parking is in the parking lot right outside your condo. Your super clean condo is located on the 2nd floor of the Canterbury building with walkout to your patio to enjoy wonderful views of the resort. You have free cable TV, WIFI and central AC. Plenty of Towels, extra linens, hair shampoo/conditioner, soap, hair dryer, iron, iron board are provided. The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking and baking necessities, dishes, silverware, glasses etc. We provide Coffee Maker, coffee and tee bags. A toaster and microwave are in your condo as well. The laundry room is located down the hallway of the building and has plenty of washers and dryers that are free for you to use (laundry detergent provided for you in condo). The condo is located inside the beautiful 1000-acre Innisbrook Golf Resort and Spa with 24-hour gated security and home of the PGA Valspar Championships every March. The Resort has restaurants and a sports bar on site. You can also use the Spa for a fee. There are restaurants and bars on site: The Osprey Sports bar has live Entertainment every Friday and Saturday night from 7: 30 pm to 11:30 pm. Packard's Steakhouse is a fine dining restaurant and one of the best Steakhouses in the area. Guest access The condo has its own entrance and you will have the entire condo for yourself to enjoy, and relax with a wonderful view! Guest are permitted to use the laundry room and all of Innisbrook’s exceptional restaurants and their exclusive Spa. Other things to note 2nd floor unit, no elevators in the building. We have several listings that are on property of the Innisbrook Golf Resort, from condos to 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom and 3 Bedroom Condos! We have it all! This is what we specialize in. This rental is for accommodations only and does not include daily maid service and it does not include the use of the Innisbrook Resort’s facilities or amenities; such as, swimming and tennis; unless they are made available to the public.
