The home’s fully-outfitted kitchen ensures that fresh ingredients from local markets can be whipped up into fine meals, welcome the evening with a sip of cocktails in the sunroom, relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset. A range of natural and urban attractions are just moments from this beautiful home. Hidden Garden Steps, the trails, hilltop views from Grand View Park, and the quiet wonderland of the Golden Gate Park are all within walking, with the serenity of Ocean Beach just beyond. Dive into a network of gastronomic neighbourhoods or explore the shops and sights of shops on Irving street, or even take a cruise across the bay from the ferry terminal, visiting famous Alcatraz or witnessing whales breaching in the shadow of the Golden Gate Bridge. Sunroom/bonus bedroom 4: twin bunk bed with a working desk. 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower combo, Dual vanity accessed in the hallway. 1 half bathroom without a shower accessed in the hallway. Top Floor Bedroom 3 - Master: King size bed, ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub, stand-alone rain shower, and Toto washlet with auto-sensing technology. Additional Bedding Master bedroom: twin size bed, an air mattress is provided for the extra guests. Living/Media room: full-size pull-out sofa with a memory foam mattress. Located across from Golden Gate Park and next to the UCSF Parnassus campus, the Inner Sunset neighborhood, with its epicenter at 9th Avenue and Irving Street, and 20th Avenue and Irving street, has become one of the Sunset District’s most popular hotspots. This neighborhood – incidentally also the birthplace of Craig’s List, once located in a small office near the corner of 9th Avenue and Judah – offers it all when it comes to dining, shopping, or imbibing your favorite beverage. - Driving and parking: street parking is free. We are 20 min. drive from the airport. - Public transportation: N Judah Metro line and bus line are right around the corner. You can take these two options for downtown San Francisco, such as union square, and the ferry building. Bus 28 is two blocks away and will take you to the Golden Gate Bridge and Fisherman's Wharf. - Ridesharing apps: it is a popular spot for Uber and Lyft. Getting a ride is easy and convenient. It is a quiet residential neighborhood; we ask for quiet enjoyment from 10 pm - 8am. No party policy is strictly enforced, violation to noise and party rule will result in cancellation without a refund and $250 penalty . The host family lives onsite, in the downstairs apartment with separate entrance.
