The space Welcome to The Captivating Luxury Home in the Pines w/AC! This property will greet you with an awe-inspiring first impression and will continue to astonish you throughout your stay! You access the property through the main entrance, which is equipped with an easy-to-use SCHLAGE keypad, for easy, contactless self-check-in upon arrival. Here you will experience one of the many captivating views this home has to offer. Our spacious living room offers cathedral like high ceilings and windows, modern hardwood floors, creating an almost ethereal atmosphere, framed by modern, brand new furnishings and elegant artwork featuring themes from most sought-after sight-seeing destinations. Our lush, comfortable couch offers enough room for everyone, inviting you to sit back and relax. Catch up on your favorite shows on our big, flat screen, smart TV by logging into your own streaming services or enjoy a wide selection of channels provided through our dish service that you can enjoy on any of our TVs. Enhance your cozy experience, by igniting our indoor fireplace with just a touch of a button on our remote. Close by you will find our elegant, solid wood dining set, which comfortably accommodates up to 8, offering idyllic views of our beautiful neighborhood. We installed light-blocking shades throughout the house, should you ever want to enjoy a more private atmosphere. We also provide you with a small assortment of board games and toys, located in our small library-nook, perfect for a relaxing evening with the family after a day of exploring! Following the hallway, past our half bathroom, you will reach our bar set-up with seating for 4 and our kitchen area towards the back. This gorgeous kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare homecooked meals and keeps up the elegant design you experience throughout the house. Stunning countertops that provide ample workspace, a kitchen island with additional seating for 3 and brand-new appliances including, refrigerator, oven, microwave and Keurig coffee maker, and instant pot, just to name a few, make this the kitchen of every cook’s dreams! We have two master bedrooms, with their own attached bathrooms on the main floor. The first one is located close to kitchen and garage and features a gorgeous king-sized bed, closet, a desk offering a laptop friendly workspace and another big flat-screen smart TV, as well as its own remote controlled space heater, for additional comfort. The attached bathroom comes with sink, toilet and a big walk-in shower. Its two shower heads with raindrop feature turn something as simple as taking a shower into an exquisite experience! The laundry room can be accessed through this bedroom as well and comes with a brand-new washer and dryer, which we invite you to use during your stay! On the same floor, but located on the opposite side of the property, we have the second master bedroom with the exact same set-up, except for: We have a big walk-in closet and a similarly big, attached bathroom. This bathroom is about twice the size of the previous one we mentioned and comes with his and her sink, another glorious walk-in shower with two shower heads and toilet. Following the stairs to the upper floor you will reach the second living room and loft area of the property. This space was designed with a more recreational approach in mind, offering more comfortable seating around another big, flat screen, smart TV, but also a pool table around which we have added a couple of barstools. The perfect set-up for an enjoyable afternoon or evening with movies and games. From this living room you can access the remaining bedrooms and our guest bathroom. The bathroom comes with a big vanity featuring two sinks, toilet, and a shower/tub-combination. The first bedroom comes with two bunkbeds, each with two single-sized beds and a pull out trundle bed. This set-up and the carpet make it the perfect sleeping accommodation for the younger members of your group. Within the closet you will also find additional family amenities such as: pack and play, stairgate as well as a highchair. The remaining two bedrooms on this level come with comfortable king-sized beds, dresser, and closet. Multiple ceiling fans offer additional comfort through out the house and its bedrooms. Our alluring backyard can be accessed through the kitchen as well as the two bedrooms on the main floor. Here you will find a seemingly endless space for outdoor activities, withing the safety our fenced in backyard, giving parents peace of mind. A rustic-chic outdoor dining set offers space for the entire group to enjoy each other’s company, or a meal prepared on our multi-burner BBQ grill. The highlight surely is our hot tub, with adjustable jets and ambient lighting. Soak and relax after a long day of adventures in norther Arizona! Finally, we have a separate fenced in area, that is the perfect playground for your four-legged companions! Exit the back gate and you will be granted immediate access to the FUTS trail system, from the convenience of our backyard! Guest access On the day of arrival, I will send you information on how to unlock the electronic lock. Just enter the 4 digit code using the keypad located at the front door, wait a few seconds for the mechanism to unlock, and step in. You will have access to the entire house. Other things to note Please no smoking inside our home, we charge a fee of 500$ for any signs of not following these rules. We also ask you to make sure that the gas has been shut off for our outdoor BBQ and firepit. The hot tub use is free of charge, so please feel free to soak and relax! However, we do ask of you to follow the instructions on hot tub use and care that we provide with check-in instructions. Please treat our hot tub with respect and try to leave it in good condition, so that the next guest may enjoy it, too. If the failure to follow our instructions results in a hot tub, which is not in usable condition, as for example due to: - Low water level - Greenish or otherwise “unusual” watercolor - Or similar issues We will charge a 200$ fee in order to cover the additional service expenses needed to restore the hot tub to its functional condition. This property is pet friendly, we allow up to 2 dogs per stay at an additional one-time fee of 100$/dog. Please communicate with us during your booking process or stay how many pets, if any, you are bringing and we will update your booking accordingly.
