Living area is very spacious. 1300 total squar ft. of living space. Beautiful fenced in private yard with grass and plenty of shade. Private kitchen, living room, and laundry room. Fully furnished. This is a basement apartment. It has its own separate entrance and parking space. Guests can self check in via a code that will be provided to them. Guests have the whole area to themselves. The whole area is fully furnished this includes kitchen, living room, dinning room, both bedrooms, and laundry room so guests need to bring very little of their own stuff. It has a strong science decor specifically astrophysics / astronomy for any science fans out there. There is free wi-fi provided here. There are smart flat screen tvs in every room (3 total). If guests like gaming there are PlayStation 4s in every room as well (3 total) with headsets and mics. Maverik is right down the street within walking distance where you can rent games from their Redbox. Guests are welcome to use everything within their living area. They’re also welcome to use the outside area as well. (Grass / yard / shed) They can park their vehicles in the extended portion of the driveway to the side of the garage. There is free wi-fi provided here. There is a smart flat screen tv in every room (3 total) along with 3 PlayStation 4s. (3 total) Maverik is right down the street within walking distance where you can rent whatever game you want from their Redbox. Guests can park their vehicles in the extended portion of the driveway to the East side of the garage. There are also bus stops within walking distance. If Guests have bikes they can be stored in the shed located in backyard. When arriving. Please Park in the extended portion of the driveway to the east side of the garage then pass through the gate located on the side of the garage. Once you’re through the gate there will be a cement pathway that will lead you to the front entrance door. Enjoy your stay.
