Grafton Getaway-Farm is a hobby farm vacation rental with chickens, ducks, fishing, wooded walking trail, and barn hay loft sleeping option. With 5,300 square feet and fiber WiFi we have similar amenities as our sister properties (Lodge, Cottage, Riverhouse, Cabin, Towering Pines, Studio, and Countryside), and at all locations we hope to host your next couples, family, or group getaway or special event. Just 10 minutes from Grafton and 43 minutes from Lambert airport in St. Louis, MO The space Amenities are plentiful at our hobby farm and include: *hammocks, swings, and a putting green *trampoline, bbq grill, ping pong table, giant yard chess and kids zone in barn *smokeless Tiki firepit with free firewood and gas fire pit inside our Gazebo *classic record player and complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate *foosball, free WiFi, free naps, frisbee golf *82 inch smart Tv for rainy days or to watch our fav DVD - "Funny Farm" *additional smart Tv's in master suite and basement *fiber WiFi is a 50 meg speed Other things to note Listen to the sounds of nature as you will not hear a highway - ever! Step outside to see if our chickens have produced farm fresh eggs for you (they lay more eggs when happy, so be sure to smile at them during check in), and scan our pear/peach/apple trees for a ripe fruit. Find inspiration for your next travel journey in our "Adventure Room" complete with books, maps, and travel trinkets from our own personal adventures. Grab our fishing gear and try for a bass or perch or catfish. Relax in our hammock or gazebo or walk along our wooded trail with benches to sit for a bit and read, relax, contemplate, or meditate. At all locations we utilize staggered pricing so that smaller groups pay less than larger groups. An accurate guest count is imperative and additional guests are $30 per person per night starting with the 4th guest. The app will calculate this for you up to the 16th guest and after that we manually calculate it. For special events, we must come to terms prior to your reservation. Guests at hotels call the front desk when they need something...so if ever during a stay you feel your satisfaction is not at a 5-star level please call/text us right away, while you are still with us, so we can remedy the situation and make your stay all you hoped it would be.
