There is a beautiful lake ..feed the ducks...have a picnic! There is also a shaded playground! Lots of green parks and run around and be free! it has a private salt water pool and spa in the back yard ! We will charge $50 per day to heat the pool. "Prohibited Vehicle" shall be defined as any vehicle that is not an Authorized Vehicle or Restricted Vehicle including, but not limited to, any pick up truck having a manufacturer's rating or payload capacity of greater than 1 ton, stakebed trucks, tank trucks, dump trucks, step vans, concrete trucks, limousines, and/or any vehicle on which trucks, materials, and/or tools are visible, or with a body type normally employed as a business vehicle, vehicles designed to accommodate more than ten (10) people, vehicles having more than two (2) axels and/or aircraft.
