The Bauman House is a circa 1910 bungalow within walking distance of downtown Sonora, CA. This town has a lot of history, great shops, delicious food, & hiking. The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a clawfoot tub to relax in, a living room with games, dining room, screened patio, outdoor fire put with chairs, kitchen with everything you should need to cook a meal, & a front porch to hang out on. 3.5 miles to Columbia 26 minutes to Murphy’s 45 miles to Yosemite The space We want to share the history of the home and town with our guests all while offering a clean modern element. We've provided some books and games for people to learn more about the town they are staying in, over time we will gather more to share. We've also curated some items from some of our favorite local businesses for guests to try. We hope that you love Sonora as much as we do. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, patios, and backyard. There is a separate garage structure at the back of the property that is not for guest use. Other things to note We offer a television with Roku for you to use with your own streaming services.
