Private riverfront cabin retreat on 6 acres at 2,000 ft. elevation, this cozy cabin rests just yards from the sandy banks of the Cosumnes River. Perfect for a couples retreat with a hot tub, pool table, foosball table, arcade games, kayaks, cornhole, horseshoes and a quiet place to fish, swim or relax. An outdoor kitchen area for BBQ activities along the river. Located in El Dorado County’s wine country with nearby wine tasting. Driving distance to lakes, hiking and other outdoor activities. The space The main cabin is 1,476 Sq. Ft. and sits just uphill from the river with views from all 3 levels. The main level consists of a full kitchen with all basic amenities, dining room, family room and large outdoor deck overlooking the river. The upstairs loft bedroom features a king-sized bed and full bathroom. The downstairs level consists of a queen bed, full bathroom, private entrance, patio and laundry room. The property also features a large outdoor kitchen situated on the river perfect for hosting outdoor BBQ’s. The outdoor kitchen consists of a gas BBQ, running water, sink, refrigerator, pantry, cooking utensils and plenty of covered seating for dinning. And even and full bathroom for convenience when relaxing and having fun outside while playing cornhole & horseshoes or cooling off in the river. There are 2 kayaks available along with river floats. In addition there is a separate building that includes a hot tub room/billiards room/game room full of additional activities. Guest access Guest has access to the main cabin and all outdoor areas. Other things to note 1.1 miles of private partially paved and gravel road (10 mph speed limit). Ok for 2 wheel drive vehicles. Snows only a few times of year when levels drop to 2000 ft. elevation. We allow a maximum of four people and maximum of two dogs. The cabin is split between 3 levels with limited space inside but there is plenty of outdoor space with privacy. No events or large gatherings unless previously authorized. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am, which means no loud noise or music late. Children under 18 must be supervised at all times while in the hot tub and game room. Please be aware there are wild animals to watch out for as well. We have outdoor security cameras. These are turned off during your stay but can be used to monitor the property as needed. The property is currently hosted but we are not close to main cabin so private enough that you do not see us or neighbors. There is a seasonal garden and if there are fresh vegetables available we will leave out for you during your stay to enjoy. There is also firewood available on the property for the outdoor firepit at no additional cost.
