The loft is provided with a queen size fold out mattress for extra guests. Cozy nooks for reading and clean outdoor seating with a view. A quick 1 minute golf cart drive to the Blue Gill Marina or a less than 5 minute drive to the holiday landing marina. Stocked with games for nights in and a huge dining table for dinner gatherings. Dollar general is a 0.4 mile drive for last minute needs.
