The home offers five private guest bedrooms as well as a sunroom style loft bedroom with ample lake views. Clean and all new bathrooms attached to 3 of 5 bedrooms. Adjacent to fully renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator) and granite countertops is a spacious living and dining area. Through French doors, you're invited outdoors with a generous screened porch perfect for relaxing by the water or dining alfresco. With over 100 feet of shoreline, you'll enjoy a large double boathouse with a boat house deck to enjoy fishing, kayaking, canoeing, boating and swimming. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, hardwood floors, fireplace, outdoor firepit, outdoor grill (propane), heating & air conditioning, fresh linens, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and dish detergent. Additional Sleeping: Queen Air Mattress & Twin Air Mattress. Guest access You'll have access to the entire 1.5 acre property including 100+ feet of shoreline, deepwater dock, cottage, and surrounding area. Other things to note If you use the dock or surrounding area, do not touch the boats or boat lifts. By using the dock area, guest acknowledge they are responsible for their own safety and that the owners take no liability for individuals’ safety while on the dock.
