Renovated in 2020, this 15th Floor 1 Bed/1 Bath King Suite is a stunning direct oceanfront condo that sleeps 4. The condo offers 5G high-speed internet throughout, new kitchen appliances, Keurig coffeemaker, 55" Smart TV and queen sofa-bed in the living room, the bedroom features a new king memory foam mattress & 50” smart TV. The resort has two pools, two hot tubs, a kiddie pool & lazy river. Please note: washers/dryers are on ground level (not in unit) and fitness center is on the 2nd fl. The space Our condo was recently gut-renovated in March 2020 and has an airy, classic modern feel to it. We love cooking in our brand new kitchen with its white quartz countertop and backsplash and then enjoying a meal and a cocktail on our private balcony directly overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. It’s the perfect place for a fun-in-the-sun vacation adventure or a more picturesque and serene virtual “work from home” atmosphere. Guest access Guests have access to all pools (heated indoor and seasonal outdoor), hot tubs and lazy river. There is also a seasonal bar located in the pool area during peak summer months for a refreshing cocktail or snacks. The newly renovated fitness center offers two treadmills, two ellipticals, one fitness bike, free weights and more. We now offer beach chairs (2), a beach umbrella and two boogie boards for the convenience of our guests when heading to the beach. Parking is free. The parking garage is attached to the resort on floors 2-10. There is also a free parking lot across the street from the resort for over-sized vehicles. An onsite security guard is on duty in the evenings for added safety and to enforce rules and regulations of the resort complex. Other things to note This is our home away from home so we can assure our guests that much time and love has gone into every detail of our condo. All artwork is by American artist, Steve Henderson. The resort is within walking distance to many exceptional bars and restaurants and a short walk to lots of great attractions, the boardwalk and Skywheel.
