There’s room to be together and spread out for the much needed space we are all looking for at this time. There is a 3 bedroom main house with hardwood floors throughout and a cozy loft for the kids. There are two bathrooms in the main house and an additional full bath in the pool house. The pool house with it’s vaulted ceilings and open indoor/outdoor layout off the covered lanai and pool area is a separate structure from the main house. Cool off in the pool* designed to “sit & sip” at all four corners and take in the views. There is an additional separate game barn filled with fun or play frisbee, throw the ball with the dog and the kids on the back pasture overlooking the vineyards. Cook S’mores in the firepit and gaze at the stars. Spread out and enjoy wine country living! The full main house kitchen has high end appliances, quartz countertops and capacity to entertain large groups with seating up to 12. Coffee? We’re equipped with a standard drip and Keurig. Sip your morning cup off the kitchen deck in custom Adirondack barrel stave chairs and listen to the neighboring chickens while you wake up to see the sun flood the vineyards. There’s an outdoor gas grill and two separate outdoor eating areas. In Summer, enjoy veggies and herbs from our garden. Love your family, but need privacy? Hide out in the hidden master suite with its own private bathroom. Wake up under warm covers overlooking the picture painted vineyard as the sun rises over Dry Creek Valley. The loft on the second floor has twin beds. The bedrooms all open out onto the vaulted gathering main house living and dining room area where you can cozy up next to the fireplace, cook, sip some wine and watch TV together. All bedrooms are on the main floor and only the twin loft beds are upstairs. The kids will feel like they’re having their own adventure sleeping in a tree house up the winding staircase overlooking the vineyards outside and adults relaxing below. Oogle while you Goo gle! The property has WIFI throughout so you can work remote or distance learn while you enjoy vineyard vistas. The Tesla charger and solar powered battery wall ensure modern conveniences in the wine country. * pool is heated to 80° for a charge Guests have access to the pool, hot tub and lanai bar if they rent the main house I’m always available for questions or recommendations. I’m a bit of a drive away so we try to make sure the property is set up for guests to be completely self sufficient during their stay There is only one, very friendly neighbor bordering the East side of our property. He’s a Master Gardener, so if you love everything that grows you’ll love all the flowering plants, herbs, olive, fig, apple trees just over the fence. Bordering the South & West sides of the property are no neighbors.... just hundreds of acres of vineyards. The back portion of the property boasts a grassy field with pine trees where you’ll here song birds while you gaze over the vines Uber & Lyft are great options to use to get around once you’ve landed at the property. For those more adventurous guests, feel free to borrow our bikes and take a ride to downtown. There are 50 wineries within a 5 mile radius
