The space We have hosted a lot of weddings and family gatherings at Ella's Place. Each guest is treated with respect and lot of individualism. We personalize each stay accordingly. Making you feel special and comfortable is my priority. Event fee is dependent on the number of guests. An event fee will apply with 10 plus guests. Pet fee is $85 per pet. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. While guests have access to the common areas such as the living room, the dinning room. kitchen, two bathrooms, basement, basement and driveaway; rooms will be available dependent on the number of guests. Bedrooms that are not being used per guests will be locked for sanitary reasons. The garage is not accessible to guests. Other things to note Important Things to Know ● Please do not wear shoes in the house or use the front door. ● After using the grill please clean it ● Due to liability reasons the garage is locked. Please do not go inside the garage. Please obtain approval for any additional guests that you may have stay the night. There is also an event for any gathering of 10 or more people. ● No smoking is allowed inside the house or on the deck. ● The switch for the garbage disposal is located to the left of the sink. ● When showering in the downstairs bathroom, please always sit on the step before getting out. If you are a bit older and you have a difficult time doing so, please avoid using it for safety reasons. ● Do not leave the cushions outside when not in use. If they are damaged from being left outside you will be charged for their replacement. Please bring them inside overnight and whenever you are not sitting on them. • You are only provided with one pack of log for fire burning wood. If you need any additional, that is at your cost. That goes for the propane tank on the grill. • Breakfast is complementary: Therefor what is provided to you; is what it’s offered. You are welcome to help yourself to anything in the cabinets or freezer/ refrigerator. We provide what we think is enough for the number of guests and the duration of your stay. Anything beyond that is your responsibility. We only offer breakfast because we understand you are traveling and it isn’t always easy to remember everything or even have time for grocery shopping. So please accept it with love and care. ● There is a vacuum cleaner and Swiffer available for use inside of the laundry room. ● There are board games available in the basement. ● In order to run the dishwasher open the door and touch the panel where it says “smart cycle” and then press “start” then close the door and allow the dishwasher to run. ● The TV is a smart TV and to access Netflix just hit the multicolored button in the middle of the remote and log-in to your account. The TV offers local channels.
