The space Due to the property owner having dander allergies, this is a pet free property NO Pets Property features two Bedrooms on Main Level, Master King with attached Bath (walk-in shower & jetted tub), TV. Open floor plan, and large windows to enjoy the views. Second Queen bedroom. A second full bathroom (tub/shower) on main level. Lower Level has 2 bedrooms (1 Queen and 2 Twins), bath (tub/shower), Enjoy the entire home plus yard and covered dock with swim platform. Fully equipped kitchen. Dishes. Silverware. Pots & pans. Drip Coffee Maker. Microwave. electric griddle, blender, toaster, crock pot, hand Mixer. Outside trash cans on bottom level in front of garage. ALL garbage and debris must be in secured bags and placed in trash can. TV Service is a streaming service and there is an app on all of the tv's "youtube tv"  that has over 85 live tv channels.  Additionally there is an app for Netflix, Hulu etc that guests can log into their own accounts. Remember to log out of your accounts before you leave the property. Specifically, parking in the upper drive is limited to 2 cars. The easiest way to back out of the upper drive way is to back straight out onto the road, and back up the driveway adjacent to the lower drive. No smoking! Quiet time is from 10pm-9am.
