It's a small neighborhood where everyone has their own beach cottage. About half are lived in year-round by retirees that really take good care of the neighborhood and its guests. When your done soaking in the sun with an ocean breeze on your face, jump in the pool to cool off, then relax in your very own beach house! Just about everything inside and outside of our cottage is put together in an upscale/beachy/craftsman/cottage kind of way. Upgraded in 2018, with attention to the details to make it very comfortable for you to live in for a week or month or more (you will never want to leave). There is a lot of beach supplies in the outdoor closet so you don't need to bring much with you. Nice bath towels and linens. Nice washer and dryer. TV in every room with cable and internet, full kitchen, nice grill on the porch. The best part.... the house is located in the back of the neighborhood, almost no passing cars and just 200 feet from the private walkway to the beach. Lots of great restaurants, shopping, Grocery store, Gas station, beach equipment rentals, fishing, Alligator Farm, Anastasia State Park and other great places to visit are only a couple minutes away. Downtown St. Augustine is just 15 minutes away. Your neighbors on both sides of the house and across the street are retired and live there year round. Which is great news for you! They are very nice folks and will be very welcoming to you. Please no loud music or loud conversations on the back porch after 10pm.
