Guest access This house is split into two units, an upper and lower unit; both completely self -contained and separate. This is the upper unit and has four bedrooms with four queen beds , full kitchen , living room, dining room, 1 1/2 baths and laundry room. The downstairs apartment is a completely separate unit with its own entrance. It has 1 bedroom and a pull out sofa, full kitchen and living room area. If you have a larger group you may consider renting both units. Other things to note The apartment is in an old Ann Arbor home which has been separated into two units. This unit is the upper unit. We are located close to the train station and there is a train which goes by once a day, sometimes early morning.
