SILVER SPRINGS RESORT just 30 minutes away! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 story home located "Where Mountains Touch Rivers" in the Laurel Highlands, is on a double lot at the end of a cul-de-sac overlooking a corn field. It includes a well-equipped Chef’s kitchen, an office area, Wifi, central HVAC, and a mud room for Skis. The home is surrounded by hiking and bike trails, access to various winter sports. Key amenities such as groceries, gas, and banking are within walking distance. The space Much of the house was renovated in 2018, including a Chef's Kitchen and Central Air. Three bedrooms are upstairs - Queen, Full, and Bunks. There are two additional fold out couches, so the house sleeps at least nine guests comfortably. Full bathrooms on both levels. There is a laundry room, and an office desk with a printer in one of the bedrooms. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal with the few exceptions of the separate outdoor shed, the basement, and closet in the office bedroom, that we lock with our belongings. Other things to note Just about 1/2 hour from multiple Ski Resorts including Seven Springs! Firewood bundles are for sale in town at the market. Folding chairs, toys, and other outdoor activity elements are in the bin on the side porch. All TVs have access to Netflix and Amazon Prime thru Roku or Media Players. Just log in to your account, and it will be like your entertainment has traveled with you (Be sure to log out upon departure). There is a First Aid Kit under the sink in the downstairs bathroom. The Fire Extinguisher is under the sink in the kitchen.
