Beautiful spacious home in the quiet suburban neighborhood ideal for family or business trip. This house has two levels with enough room for comfortable stay of 6 people with possibility to have 4 more guests occupying our convertible sofa beds. The house is conveniently located close to stores, restaurants, easy access to US69 highway. Enjoy tasteful décor, comfortable new beds and freshly laundered bedding/towels. If you have a larger group ask us about our other properties on the same street. The space House has two levels. Upper level has kitchen, dining area, living area with Roku TV and two sofa beds and access to the outdoor deck. On the same level there is master bedroom with king size bed and another Roku TV, two armchairs and a desk. Across the hall there is another bedroom with two twins beds. In between the bedrooms there is a full bathroom. Downstairs there is another bedroom with queen size bed and a full bathroom (shower). In the utility room downstairs there are washer and dryer. You can access garage also from the lower level. Guest access The guests are getting access to the whole house except for the closed closets where we store our cleaning supplies. Garage can be opened/closed from inside - we do not provide garage opener. Parking is on the left side of the driveway - please do not block our neighbor's cars on the right side of the driveway. There is Google Fiber Wi-Fi in the house with 1 Gig upload/download speeds - guests shall not temper with or remove/relocate network equipment. There is no cable TV. Our Roku TVs has Netflix (provided) and other streaming apps. Guests shall not log out of the provided Netflix credentials. If you want to see live TV you can use Sling TV app. Guest can connect their game console/ DVD players to our TVs via HDMI ports but shall not alter settings of the TV itself.
