Each bedroom contains a new mattress and a 55” flat screen smart TV, ideal for some alone time or for unwinding after a long day exploring the town. The kitchen is newly renovated with all new appliances and all the utensils you’ll need to prepare a delicious meal.please note that the AC units are window units and not central air. The back patio is excellent for grilling and relaxing thanks to our outdoor hammock hangout. 4 adult-sized hammocks are suspended from a pergola adjacent to a patio with a table for 6 and a full-sized grill. 2 bedrooms and a common area that’s easily converted into additional sleeping space makes accommodating some extra guests comfortable and easy. The master bedroom contains a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bunk bed with a pull out trundle. The couch in the common area converts into a twin bed and the oversized sofa chair has a pull-out twin bed as well. The bathroom is spacious and has been newly remodeled with a large tile shower. Please note the that the AC are window units. Theres one in each bedroom as well as in each common area.
