Description
Our Farm View Airbnb overlooks our family's main farm and surrounding farmland. The view is relaxing and changes depending on the time of year. The 1860's farmhouse has been freshly remodeled on the second and third floors to serve as an Airbnb. It is very roomy and comfy for large or small groups. The adjacent barn contains a variety of games for all to enjoy. Guests must be able to climb one flight of steps to enter the house. The space Guests have complete access to the house, all of the yard, and the bottom of the barn which houses ping pong, pool, foosball, air hockey, darts, corn hole, and a Hershey Park original skee ball. The kitchen is completely stocked with small appliances, cookware, and dinnerware. The kitchen is large and accommodating with a supersize table. There is also a nook off the second floor common area with an additional table that seats 6 -- perfect for eating or playing one of the many available board games. There is a second nook with reading chairs. There are 3 televisions -- one in each of the common areas. The second floor area has a non-heating fireplace, and the third floor area has a gaming system. Both a private washer and dryer are available for guests. An outdoor grill and a fire pit are available. Guest who rent the house must be at least 28 years of age, and must be staying for the entire time of the booking. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for the basement and a storage room. Also included in the rental is the large yard and the gaming area in the barn. There is a propane fire pit in front of the barn. There is lots of paved parking on the property. Other things to note The main entrance is on the second floor which is accessed from the outside steps. It has a keypad. There are other entrance doors on the first floor that would permit access via the first floor. Keys are not provided for those doors and they do not have a keypad. These doors, which are opened from the inside, would allow access for a limited mobility guest to utilize the first floor which has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large living area.
