There is a sunroom for quiet reading or playing your favorite board games. The outdoor patio has seating for four to enjoy the fresh Florida air. The large private backyard can easily accommodate a game of kickball or your guests’ gathering. **There is a Pack n Play, umbrella stroller and air mattress if available @ $10 per stay. Must be requested at least 7 days prior to arrival **BBQ, 5 burner with side burner for stovetop cooking is $30 per stay Homeowner provides hand soap, dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towel and napkins. Two vehicles can park on the driveway. Do not park on the grass to avoid being towed. Plenty of street parking.
