The Beech Tree Hideaway sits on 1.5 acres in the woods. With 1/2 acre of the property fenced-in, this the perfect retreat for families with dogs. Tucked away for the relaxing privacy you want in the mountains but still minutes from the ski resort, hiking & much more! The house has a large wrap-around deck and outdoor fire pit so you can sit out and listen to the nearby stream. The hideaway is also an easy place to work from with high-speed fiber internet. Follow us for more @beechtreehideaway The space DOG FRIENDLY • Pet fee is $50 per dog for the entirety of your stay • We love having dog guests - we have no limit on weight or number of dogs • No cats 4 BEDROOMS • 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (1 king, 1 queen) • 2 bedrooms that share the 3rd bathroom (1 queen, 1 twin over queen bunk bed) • Towels and linens provided Please note: The bunk bed room is a space that you walk through to get to the biggest en-suite room. Doors can be closed for added privacy. KITCHEN & DINING • Includes stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator • Moccamaster Technivorm coffee maker and coffee provided • Stocked with basic necessities including pots, pans, silverware, dishes, and spices • Dining table has room for 8 and is perfect for game night LIVING ROOM • Gas fireplace • 2 couches • 65” smart TV • Lots of large windows and sliding glass door to the backyard OUTDOOR SPACE • 1/2 acre is fully fenced-in • Gas grill • Large table and chairs (an umbrella during the warmer months) • Fire pit with chairs WIFI, TV, & ENTERTAINMENT • 4 TV’s, all with Netflix • Board games in the coffee table • Books in the bunk bed room MISC • Garage can be used for storing skis, bikes, and parking one car • The house does not have central a/c, but it rarely gets over 80 degrees even in the summer months. Guest access Plenty parking for 4 cars. WINTER WEATHER NOTE Vehicles with all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive are strongly encouraged during winter months. The town does a good job of keeping the roads safe, and our street is plowed. The driveway is steep and is difficult for two wheel drive vehicles if icy.
